Responsibilities:

  • Process & verify the staff payroll transactions for Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and other international offices, and any other assigned areas on a timely basis
  • Initiate and implement solutions in event of payroll problems in discussion with C&B and IT side
  • Prepare and estimate monthly funding for payroll
  • Prepare payroll summary for the areas assigned
  • Handle the monthly payroll posting for the areas assigned
  • Process & Verify the expatriate payroll for staff
  • Prepare monthly provision on bonus and upload to the system
  • Consolidate payroll figures or necessary monthly reports and analysis
  • Prepare summary for benefit-in-kinds of senior management for Annual Report
  • Responsible to ensure statutory matters are correctly prepared and submitted for all responsible countries and any assigned areas
  • Responsible for annual tax reporting and answer ad hoc enquiries from Tax Bureau or Statutory Bodies
  • Assist in annual budgeting exercise and C&B related projects
  • Prepare materials for regular & ad hoc audit check by internal and external auditors
  • Any other ad hoc projects & duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years relevant experience in HR field. Regional payroll experience preferred, of which 2 to 3 years at managerial level
  • Must be familiar with and well-versed in local and/or overseas Employment Ordinance & related regulations
  • Experience in HR system, SAP preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Detail minded and good analytical and organization skills
  • Self-initiative, proactive and independent
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
